Staff were lovely - when we arrived with a problem in our booking (my fault) they sorted it straight away. The hotel is everything you expect from a well known chain - clean, functional, standard facilities. Extra touches I liked was the room was bigger than usual so plenty of space for luggage and there was a water fountain on every floor and a jug for your room. The room was quiet and comfy. The location is a little out of the centre (walkable in 20mins from rynek or there are trams but that doesnt take so much less time by the time you walk to and from stops and wait) but it's very close to the railway arches at Arkady which have lots of bars and restaurants in them which is fun and food and drinks are good. Taxi from airport cost 110zl (at 3am) and takes about 25mins bus 106 to airport goes to Remona stop and takes about 45mins in the day (night bus might be available). Use jakodade website to check public transport.

They did a great show and were playing english and local songs - we liked that; * There is a luggage room in the hotel and it is pretty big - we used it; * There were bikes for rental that we didn't tried, but looked good; * There is an ATM in front of the hotel; * There was a dedicated water dispenser for filling in your own bottle with filtered water; * The hotel is 25 minutes by walk from the Rynek central square (and 10 minutes by tram). The tram station is 3 minutes from the hotel; * Om the next crossing (direction city center) you can find a big bicycle parking of WRM (the bike rental company) that was pretty convenient.

Ibis hotel turned out to be one of our faves. The hotel was located within a 10-minute walking distance from the centre of the town and if you wanted to get there faster, the tram and bus stop was right outside the hotel. The rooms were very clean and tastefully decorated. There was variety at breakfast but most of all we enjoyed and made the most of the lobby which is an attraction of its own! The reception staff was very polite and helpful! Highly recommended! we will definitely book again!

The room is of medium size, comfortable and clean. The bed in the room is comfortable. The hotel offers standard breakfast. The car parking is available near the hotel, but it is subject to a fee. The old town is easily accessible from the hotel, either by a 20 min walk or by taking the tram. The tram stop is closed to the hotel. I recommend the hotel.
