Ibis Wroclaw Centrum

Extremely friendly staff, always ready to help when asked. The facilities were lovely and clean. The food in the restaurant was excellent too. We had an evening meal which was well prepared and the presentation was excellent, good value for money. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was varied and of a very high standard, great selection. We would definitely recommend this hotel, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

The hotel is not really in the city center, but the location is still very good since there is a tram stop right in front of the hotel, where you have connections to all important places (old town, central station, zoo,...). The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and very extended, but I have to mention that I cannot rate the IBIS breakfast, this was the NOVOTEL breakfast. In the building, Ibis and Novotel are jointly located. Although there is a separate entrance (and also breakfast room I guess) for the Ibis hotel, this was not in use, everything went on in the Novotel part, I guess because of the calm period of the year. So I consider it "a free upgrade" that I got now.

The hotel service was very nice! I arrived late at night, and had to wait a while for the check-in (they had nightly reporting). They offered me a free late checkout, which was nice and I happily accepted. The room was clean. I liked the mattress and pillows - they were very comfortable. Funnily, the room was close to the lift, but I didn't hear anything. And I like their green approach - water saving showers, glass bottle. Oh - I love Bracia Sadownicy, so the juice in my room was a surprise :)

stayed here for two nights. Very fresh rooms and corridors. The room was modern, quiet, smelled good and was equipped with a hairdryer and kettle. The lounge was also modern and super nice with polite staff. The breakfast was a success. Positively surprised by my stay. About 15 min walk to the center. Will definitely come back here.
